These terms govern the moses affiliate program operated by Antiplastic Inc. (“moses,” “we,” or “us”). They apply to approved creators, publishers and educators who refer customers through Shopify Collabs. Your application is not approval. You may begin earning commissions after we approve your participation and activate your offer.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate information and comply with any professional rules that apply to receiving referral fees. You participate independently and cannot make commitments on behalf of moses.
The standard commission is 20% of the eligible Unplastic Retainer product amount attributed to you through your personal Collabs link. Other products are not commissionable unless we expressly add them to your offer. A separately agreed offer must identify any different rate or eligible products.
Commission is calculated on the amount paid for eligible products after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, canceled amounts and refunded amounts. The corresponding Collabs order and adjustment records are used to calculate commission. If you believe a calculation is incorrect, contact ask@moses.com so we can review it.
For an attributed subscription purchase, commission applies to the initial paid order and one paid renewal. The normal renewal interval is six months. Second and later renewals do not earn commission under the standard offer.
This is an order-count rule, not a guarantee of a renewal or a fixed calendar cutoff. Skipping, delaying or canceling a subscription can affect when, or whether, the renewal occurs. Unpaid replacements do not generate a commissionable sale.
Use your assigned Collabs link without removing its tracking parameters. Attribution follows the active offer and Collabs tracking rules. A click does not guarantee attribution, and tracking may be affected by browser settings, consent choices and other referral links.
Commissions first enter the holding period displayed in Collabs. Shopify automatically cancels commissions for canceled or fully refunded orders during that period. Any other adjustment or disputed order will be reviewed against the transaction records and these terms.
Payouts are processed through Collabs after its holding, merchant billing and payout steps. You must activate payouts and supply any requested payment or tax details. The end of the holding period is not a promised bank deposit date. Applicable payout thresholds, processing schedules and currency conversion charges are determined by the payment provider. Each party remains responsible for its own applicable taxes.
Clearly disclose your commission relationship wherever you recommend moses or share an affiliate link. Disclose gifts and paid projects too. Place the disclosure with the recommendation where your audience can easily notice it, using clear wording such as “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Use any additional disclosures required for the channel, audience and applicable law.
Describe your real experience and use accurate, supported product information. Do not claim that a product prevents or treats a health condition, or provides a human health benefit, unless moses has expressly approved that specific claim and its supporting evidence. Ask us if you are unsure about a claim.
Do not generate referrals through fraud, fabricated purchases, misleading discounts, unsolicited bulk messages, forced clicks, cookie stuffing or unauthorized use of another person’s identity. Do not impersonate moses. Paid advertising using our name, trademarks or affiliate links requires our written approval.
Use approved brand materials only to promote your active participation. Do not imply that your affiliate link gives customers a discount unless your active offer expressly includes one.
You keep ownership of your content. Joining this program does not give moses permission to repost, edit or use it in paid advertising. Any content license, paid project, required posts, deliverables or posting deadline must be agreed separately in writing.
Affiliate participation does not promise free products, a fixed fee, minimum earnings or a minimum number of referrals. A gift does not create a posting obligation unless a separate agreement says so.
Either party may end participation by written notice. We may suspend participation while reviewing suspected fraud or a material breach. Ending participation stops new referrals from qualifying once the offer or link is deactivated; valid commissions already earned remain payable, subject to refunds and properly supported adjustments.
We will communicate material changes to these terms or your offer before they take effect and obtain renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not reduce commissions already earned. Any promised treatment of a future subscription renewal should be agreed before an offer is changed or ended.
By accepting a moses affiliate offer that includes or links to these terms, you agree to this version. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Shopify’s terms separately govern your use of Collabs. Purchases from moses are governed by our store policies. Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy.
